Documents Required for Online Employment Exchange Registration
Mobile Number: Candidates must provide a valid and active mobile number to complete the online registration process.
Age Proof: Candidates need to submit any one of the following documents as proof of age:
- Birth Certificate.
- HSLC Admit Card.
- School Certificate.
Documents Related to Educational Qualification: Candidates must compile all their pass certificates and mark sheets into a single PDF. Ensure all copies are scanned and clearly readable to avoid rejection of your application.
Proof of Residency: Candidates must submit any one of the following documents as proof of residence:
- AADHAAR Card with permanent address within the state of Assam.
- Driving License (Self or Parents).
- Copy of Chitha/Jamabandi (Self or Parents).
- Copy of Passport (Self or Parents).
- Certified Copy of Electoral Roll/EPIC (Self or Parents).
Submit online application for Employment Exchange registration
Caste Certificate: Upload caste certificate if applying under SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC/ EWS category.
PWD (Person with Disability): PWD candidates should upload a disability certificate issued by the competent authority.
Experience Certificate: Candidates currently employed should upload relevant experience certificates.
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: OBC/ MOBC-NCL candidates should upload Non-Creamy Layer Certificate if applicable.
Employment Exchange Registration in Assam is entirely free, and candidates do not need to pay any statutory charges to obtain the Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. However, if you apply through PFC/CSC, you may be required to pay the following charges as applicable:
- Statutory charges: NIL
- Service charge (through PFC/CSC): Rs. 30
- Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC): Rs. 10 per page
- Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC): Rs. 5 per page
- Convenience fee: Rs. 10
